Commonly Available Positions: Sales Advisor – We want motivated people with a desire to succeed, who are committed to excellence, have a great attitude and basic computer skills. Our top sales advisor made over $92,500 last year and our average experienced advisors made over $72,000. Experience in any type of sales a plus, but not required. We offer a great training program. All of our General Managers and Operations Managers have a background in Sales. It is a great way to start a great career. Customer Service / Collections – Our customer service personnel play a key role in our organization. Our personnel keeps good relationships with our customers. With great people skills, they work with our customers in making payment arrangements sometimes during difficult situations. We have an excellent training program. Average annual pay is $42,000 (includes salary and bonus.) Nearly all our collection management team started out in a customer service/collection role. Mechanic and Technician – Another key role in our organization is our technicians and mechanics that check out all the cars we acquire to sell. From time to time, we add people from entry level to fully certified technicians. Employees do not deal with customers and their 40 hour workweek is generally Monday-Friday. Pay ranges start at $11 for check out technicians and go up to $19+ for senior technicians based on qualifications and experience. Other Positions - We have other positions open from time to time. Highly Motivated Collections Specialist Wanted

We are a large privately-held finance company located in Cleveland, TN, and due to growth we are currently recruiting candidates to join our team. We are looking for professionals with a great attitude, the ability to work well with others, good computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and a strong desire to succeed. Interested candidates must have the ability to work a five day work week, including every other Saturday. Experience in collections and/or finance is helpful, but not necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to placing outbound phone calls to customers, conflict resolution, customer service, and responsibility over and management of a receivable portfolio.
We offer an excellent training program including a guaranteed training pay of $17.00 an hour. Our Collection Specialists average $42,000 annually, with our top performer making over $52,000 annually (includes base pay and commission).

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Development Representatives will report to the Business Development Manager and are primarily responsible for developing and growing our customer base by marketing our services for used automobile sales and financing via telephone, scheduling appointments for customers to visit one of Easy Auto’s four locations to meet with a Salesperson, and maintain ongoing contact with customers throughout the process to ensure exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing all online internet leads and ensure proper follow-up with each potential customer on a continued basis.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of achievement, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency. Experience in sales and/or customer service would be a plus. Candidates should have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Starting pay is $13.00 - $15.00 per hour with some Saturday work required.
