Several times a year we add new personnel to meet our needs. The positions below are examples of the most common positions we hire for.

Sales Advisor – We want motivated people with a desire to succeed, who are committed to excellence, have a great attitude and basic computer skills. Our top sales advisor made over $92,500 last year and our average experienced advisors made over $72,000. Experience in any type of sales a plus, but not required. We offer a great training program. All of our General Managers and Operations Managers have a background in Sales. It is a great way to start a great career.

Customer Service / Collections – Our customer service personnel play a key role in our organization. Our personnel keeps good relationships with our customers. With great people skills, they work with our customers in making payment arrangements sometimes during difficult situations. We have an excellent training program. Average annual pay is $44,000 (includes salary and bonus.) Nearly all our collection management team started out in a customer service/collection role.

Mechanic and Technician – Another key role in our organization is our technicians and mechanics that check out all the cars we acquire to sell. From time to time, we add people from entry level to fully certified technicians. Employees do not deal with customers and their 40 hour workweek is generally Monday-Friday. Pay ranges start at $11 for check out technicians and go up to $19+ for senior technicians based on qualifications and experience.

Lot Attendant – Lot attendants play a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly. A number of Sales Advisors started as Lot Attendants. Starting Pay is $10+ an hour based on qualifications.

Are you a hard worker or a recent college graduate who wants to join a Company where you can learn all aspects of a business from the ground up? This training program would lead to a full-time position as a Customer Service / Collector or a Sales Position (both of which pay more than the average recent college graduate with a general degree), but would have you prepared for management opportunities when they arise
